| This was an appalling game and can be summed up with this phrase, 'they didn't win this game, we lost it'. We took the lead twice, at 2 - 1 and 4 - 3, but failed to convert this into the point we needed. The entire game hinged on an awful decision by the ref, one of there players pushed ours into the area and the 'top quality ref' didn't see this, but saw our player in the area, so he 'had' to give the penalty. This was a terrible decision and turned the game. Tom and Paul both scored 2, with 1 of Tom's being a cracking goal off the post. The defending in this game was awful. The main reason we lost, was because our defending wasn't good enough. Anyway, this game will provide a valuable lesson (in cheating) and all we need is a point next week to go up. So look forward, not back. |

| This was another wasted opportunity to pick up all 3 points, which we really should have taken. We started the game well by going 4 - 1 up, with a goal from me and a couple from Paul. At this point we began to take the game for granted and conceded a further 5 goals without reply, all of these were within the last 10 minutes of the 1st half. At half time we were 6 - 4 down and stunned at the turn around by SBU. In the second half we played as a team at the back and didn't concede any goals. To cap it off we managed to score 2 ourselves, to make the game level. Overall, this was an awful game to watch, with 2 teams that really should have played better. I'm not sure whether the glass is half full or half empty with this result. |

| This was another 3 points for the Sharp Shooters, which could be all important. It was slightly easier this week, as SBU have pulled out of the league, therefore us not having a competitive match. This result means that were still in with a chance of promotion, as any one of three teams can finish 2nd.. Overall, we didn't even have to break a sweat for this result, if only all our matches could be like that. |
