Rule 1 - Rule Creation
A rule can only be created with the approval of two-thirds of the total number of committee members. Voting is only possible at a gathering of at least two-thirds of the total number of committee members. Members are only entitled to a vote if they are present at this gathering. Members must vote in person. Any other form of voting, including, but not limited to; telephone, e-mail, text, post, carrier pigeon or voting by proxy will not be considered official and will not be counted. Abstainers, whether through absence, unconsciousness or any other reason, will not count for or against the proposal.

Rule 2 - Lateness Initiator - 'Chings
2.1 The last person to arrive buys a round
2.2 If you arrive 1/2 hour or more late, you must neck a pint of beer
Examples:
a. You arrive 29 mins late:- you buy a round b. You arrive 30 mins late:- you buy a round AND you neck a pint
Rule 3 - Mystery Round Initiator - Skid
3.1 The words "Mystery Round" are sacred. If you use them, you have to act upon them. Furthermore, they must ALWAYS be accompanied with the "Mysterious Hand signs". The penalty for not using the signs, is a mystery round for the caller, to be decided by the rest of the group but bought by the caller.
Examples:
a. You call "Mystery Round" and use the "Mysterious Hand signs":- you buy a mystery round for everyone. b. You call "Mystery Round" and DO NOT use the "Mysterious Hand signs":- The rest of the group decides on a mystery round for you to drink. You must pay for the mystery round.
Rule 4 - Drinking Games Initiator - Corn
4.1 Drinking games may be decided upon as circumstances dictate on a session. Whoever calls the meeting is the "Gamesmaster" for the evening and may decide on which games are played, at his discretion.
4.2 The "Gamesmaster" must be a Committee member
Rule 5 - Random Finage Initiator - 'Chings
5.1 Any member of the drinking party may suggest finage of another. The call will be made with an "All in favour?" question. If the proposer of the fine does not get a majority vote in his favour, he must do the fine himself. If he does get the majority, the fine stands.
Rule 6 - Finage Initiator - Byers
6.1 Finage must be done "on the spot" wherever possible.
6.2 Fines do not carry across to the next session.
6.3 The Finer's account must not be "in the red" if he calls a fine. Such a fine is invalid, null and void, and does not count.
Rule 7 - Disputes Initiator - Skid
7.1 All disputes must be settled by a majority decision wherever possible. In the event of a hung jury and absolutely as a LAST RESORT, the Gamesmaster shall have appointed his "UN Inpsector for the Office of Fair Drinking" (UNIOFD) who will resolve the situation swiftly, impartially and objectively.
Rule 8 - Spontaneous Shoeings Initiators - Byers, Corn & 'Chings
8.1 All members of the drinking party (females excluded) are at all times at risk of a spontaneous shoeing, dealt out mercilessly, yet democratically by the other party members. Thus, all wishing to participate do so at their own risk.
