| With the sail rigged, I stepped back aboard and Yertle scooted off in a light 10 knot breeze. The boat is quick (for a pram) and manueverable. Overall the hull is very stable but it's just tippy enough to make it a good sail trainer. Before the afternoon was over, Buddy and I both climbed onboard and went for a sail together. It took a bit of coordination to appropriately distribute our 350+ lbs but Yertle was unfazed. It was an outstanding first outing... Standby for more adventures! |
