Highlights Of The 2006 Homecoming Game
Wildcats  Maul  Tigers!
Two Blanchester Wildcat touch downs in less than a minute was the beginning of Friday Nights Homecoming. Our Wildcats managed to score 55  unanswered points against Bethel Tate in just three  quarters before the game was called due to lightning. The win puts the Wildcats at 5-0 on the season and 4-0 in the Southern Ohio Conference. The Wildcats went 445 yards total offense 428 came on the ground. Justin Creager earned 101 yards and three touchdowns. Quarterback Austin Knight (whom also made homecoming King) had 93 yards rushing. Corey McClanahan had 85 yards rushing. Clay Howard hit quarterback Cory Roberts of the Tigers which caused a fumble in the endzone. Howard had a nice game offensively and defensively. The offensive line did a nice job. Josh Straight, Jordan Rothwell, Jon O'Neill, Brad Creditt, and Austin Rankin did a fine job. Coach Inabnitt said " It was a good win for our kids. We have some things to work on, but we look forward to moving on."
