Fuzzy Leprechaun 1/2 oz Peach Schnapps 1/4 oz Blue Curacao Orange juice Pour Scnapps and curacao into cocktail glass.  Fill glass With orange juice.  Garnish

"Better Than Baileys" Irish Cream 1 750ml bottle Irish Whiskey 8 3/4 oz milk chocolate 2 (14oz) cans Sweetened Condensed milk 2 (12 oz) cans evaporated milk 2 1/2 cups heavy cream 1/4 tsp instant coffee Pour a small amout of whiskey  inro a large bowl.  In a double boiler, melt chocolate until smooth.  Mix melted chocolate with whiskey in bowl.  Gradually stir sweetened condensed milk and evaporated milk.  Stir in cream and remaining whiskey and coffe granules.  Tip: Store in refrigerator, and keep at least 1 month before using. Makes 3   750ml bottles

Green Beer 8 oz Cheap Beer Green food colouring Need I say more???

Irish Black Russian 1 jigger of coffee flavoed liqueur 2 jiggers vodka 12 oz (1 can or bottle) Irish Stout beer 1 Can of Coke Half-fill a glass with ice.  Measure in coffee liqueur, and vodka.  Pour cola within 1/2 inch to the top.  Finish with enough stout to form a head on top.  Serve.

Irish Car Bomb 1 12oz can or bottle of Irish Stout Beer 1 jigger of Irish Whiskey Fill  a beer mug with an Irish stout beer.  Fill a shot glass with Irish Whiskey.  Drop the stout glass full of whiskey into the beer mug and let it sink to the bottom.  Be careful not to swallow the shot glass!

Green Grog Punch 2 cans frozen Limeade concentrate 2 cans frozen Lemonade concentrate 2 2L bottles of lime-flavoured carbonated drink 1 750 ml bottle white rum 2 quarts Lime Sherbet In a large punch bowl, combine all ingredients and stir.  Makes 25 8oz servings.

Margaritas 1 6oz can of frozen Limeade concentrate 6 oz Tequila 2 oz Triple Sec Fill blender with crushed ice.  Pour in limeade concentrate, Tequila and Triple Sec.  Blend until smooth.  Pour into Margarita glasses and serve. Makes 4 servings.

Bailey's Banana Colada 23 Bananas broken into chunks 6 oz Banana liqueur 6 oz Irish Cream 6 oz Coconut Cream 6 cups crushed ice Combine bananas and banana liqueur ingredients in blender.  Blend until smooth. Blend in Irish cream and coconut cream (make sure coconut  cream is at room temp or else it will not pour)  Finally add ice and blend until smooth.  Makes 4 servings.

Celtic Knot Shooters Peach Schnapps Irish Cream Blue Curacao Pour 1/3 shot glass with Peach Schnapps, Add Irish Cream.  Leave at least 1/4 inch to the top of the shot glass.  Add Blue Curacao until colour turns green.  Texture of the mixture will form the loops and swirls of a celtic knot!

Peppermint Patty 2 Ice Cubes 2 oz Peppermint Schnapps 3 oz coffee flavoured liqueur In 2 brandy glasses, place 1 ice cube, 1 oz of schnapps and 1 1/2 oz coffee liqueur in each.

Grasshopper Creme de Menthe Green food colouring In a whiskey glass, fill glass with creme de menthe liqueur to desired  amount. Add food colouring until green.  VERY festive for St. Paddy's Day
