The history of early Scharpenacks, from Elberfeld, Wuppertal, Germany to their landing on the shores of America in 1740 is handled in my manuscript (which is not included in this website yet). For those who need this information now, I would suggest that they e-mail Dick Heller, who has the full history of American Sharpnacks, including a copy my manuscript. I have more information on many of these people.  Sep 2004
