This house is for Lot # 5. I know people are 'sticky' about credit...so I am pretty sure I got the statue from Rick's sims.  The columns are from Roman Sims, and the wall treatments generally are from Simply Dariene, JM's Simply Elegant and The well dressed Sim.

This home is large enough for any family!  Three bedrooms at the moment, but easily adaptable for a few more upstairs.  3 bathrooms, extra large country kitchen with attatched open concept dining room.  LARGE living room with fireplace, study area and entertainment section as well as Large hallway on first floor.  Double Redwood stairsace leads to the equally spacious 2nd floor.

Out back, the yard boasts a inground pool and two hottubs on an elevated path.  Your sims will love this!
