Modular home set up/installation includes the setting of 1 to 4 or more units onto ONE foundation. The foundations include slab, crawlspace and full basement. These modular units can be either rolled on or crane set. We are a roll on set crew, but have experience with crane set homes, with our business providing the post crane set work. With Modular homes being built in a factory setting (under ideal conditions), the site preparations are different when compared to conventional construction. This requires experience to keep from having extra occuring costs to the customer. With over 15 years of experience working in this field, we pride ourselves on being on top of these areas and knowing when to intervene and who to call for the best sinergy in your project.
