This is the 1st piece I did where i drew the piece then scaned it & used my photostudio program to add colors and shadding.
I wanted to create action, most pieces are of still poses.I also wanted to use an animal that most people do not recognize as often.
This was a freebie I did for an online novel of an average joe like racoon where he lives in a world filled with wackos. Hummm, sounds like my life.
Another action piece portraying an egyptian themed cat lady. I basically wanted to show off my favorite tatoo. I hope one day it would socially acceptable for me to get a set identical to her's, But you don't see too many women that have tats on their face.
I dream, alot. And in one series of dreams i was this creature called a Parafaunt. Most creature looked like me but heir stripes were brown, while mine were a shimmering rainbow. The colors were so vibrant & shimmered as if matalic greatly resembaling how the colos on peacocks apear.
Someone once pointed out the lack of pheonixs drawn in the furry fandom. So I decited to give it a try. It definatly isn't my favorite piece. I think I could do much better.
I drew this piece while being dead bord at work & then colored it on the computer. It's more of a doodle than anything.
I wanted to play around with the ways of coloring a piece on the computer. I also wanted to create a piece that was more simular to the old time fable artwork of animals.
