| In Remembrance of September 11, 2001 May We NEVER Forget What Happened Here. |
| On the morning of September 11, 2001, A chain of events was set in motion that would forever change the lives of everyone in the United States of America. Beginning at approximately 8:48am Eastern Daylight Time, four hijacked airliners began a reign of terror, striking at the heart of American Freedom and Democracy. Two of those hijacked planes set a suicide course for the Twin Towers of the World Trade Center in New York City. One crashed headlong into the heart of the American Military, the Pentagon Building. Another plane, thanks to the heroism of those on board, never made its final destination, and crashed in a southwestern Pennsylvania countryside. The nation mourns the senseless loss of life caused by this tragedy. But, from the ashes, the citizens of this nation banded together in heartfelt outpouring of love and unity. People poured out of their homes and offices by the thousands to donate blood, money, and other resources to aid in whatever way they could. Our sympathies go out to the families of those who lost their lives, and we share your grief. The USA will stand UNITED, as one, and we will emerge from the ashes of this tragedy, stronger and prouder than ever. Let us all- regardless of our personal faiths, beliefs, or ethnic background- stand Shoulder to Shoulder as one family to bring an end to Terrorism. |
