Kas'Ralin opened the portal to Imati's realm, and the four pilots followed him in. There was a small moment of quiet, then Duo simply disappeared.
"What the hell?!" Heero asked, looking around for an answer.
Kas' shrugged. "Someone must have summoned him...for now, we have to try and find a way into Imati's chambers...which means we have to find the chambers first..."

Wufei felt the blood dripping from his lacerated back, and the tears running down his face. It hurt so bad...he wished with all his strength that Duo were here...he needed to apologize, he wanted to see Duo's face, tell him how much he loved him.
Imagine his surprise when Duo suddenly appeared. Duo blinked, then looked around. Imati was no where to be seen. He looked down and saw Wufei, and felt his heart almost crack. "Oh gods...Fei..." Duo choked out, dropping to his knees and scooping up Wufei. He held him carefully, trying not to aggravate his injuries. Duo carefully lifted him off the floor and laid him on the nearby waterbed. He then turned to find a way out of the room.
Imati's chamber wasn't small. The floors, wall, and ceiling were made of what looked like a black, glass-like gem. It was very dark, and impossible to see through. The room was lit by a strange contraption. A very thin plate of multifaceted crystal was hung from the ceiling, and a small ball of white fire was sitting in the center of it. The firelight was reflected and bounced around the room by the crystal plate. It was oddly bright and cheery in the sadist's room...if you ignored the various implements of pain and destruction.
There were other nice things in the room. Beautiful tapestries were hung in blank spaces between the well-cared-for weaponry, and gorgeous rugs adorned the floor. It looked simply wrong.
Duo finally realized what was disturbing him so much. The room had no door. No door or windows anywhere. Duo searched carefully, figuring the entrance was behind a tapestry or well concealed. "Well, shit...there's no fuckin’ door!" he cursed finally. Imati's voice behind him made him jump.
"Of course there is no door, mortal chylde. If there was a door, you might get out." Imati said, a gleam in his malice-laden gray eyes. Duo cursed mentally, and wished there were a way, any way, to get Wufei away from this monster.
"No, there is no way you will get my new toy away from me...and you call me a monster? Is that a term of affection or do you really not like me?"
"Stop reading my mind you fucking demon!" Duo screamed, aggravated at the demon's cool air of superiority and his infuriating, condescending manner. Duo knew he was being toyed with, and there was nothing he could do about it. The problem was, Imati knew he was helpless too. Imati laughed softly, obviously quite amused.
"If you want me to stop doing anything at any time, all you have to do is stop me." Imati said softly, grinning. Duo's eyes narrowed.
"Oh, I will, you demon bastard. Believe me, I will."
