Stargate SG-1 Quotes for Daniel/Sha're Shippers
(Quotes from Various Seasons, collected by Rose)
Children of
the Gods:
O'Neill: "Hey."
Daniel: "They don't know what to do with me. And I don't
know what to do with myself."
O'Neill: "Come on. Let's get out of here." They go to
O'Neill's house. O'Neill walks into his living room with a beer.
Daniel sneezes. "Nice catch."
Daniel: "Thank you. Gate travel always seems to make my
allergies..." He blows his nose. "Sorry. Thank
you."
O'Neill: "You were saying...?"
Daniel: "Anyway. As soon as you were gone they realized they
were free. I mean, Abydos was their world for the taking."
O'Neill: "Had a little party, did you?"
Daniel: "Oh yeah. A big, big party. They treated me like
their savior. It was, uh, embarrassing."
O'Neill: "It's amazing you turned out so normal."
Daniel: "Well, if it wasn't for Sha're I probably..."
He cuts himself off, thinking of Sha're. "She was the
complete opposite of everyone else. She practically fell on the
floor laughing every time I tried to do some chore they all took
for granted. Like, um, grinding yafetta flour. I mean, have you
ever tried to grind your own flour?"
Daniel, offering himself to the Jaffa picking: "How much
would I remember if you chose me?"
O'Neill: "Daniel, what are you doing?!"
Daniel: "Something of the host must survive."
Daniel: "She's out there somewhere, Jack."
O'Neill: "I know. So's Skaara."
Daniel: "So what do we do?"
O'Neill: "We find them."
Enemy Within
Carter: "When was the last time you slept?"
Daniel: "I don't know."
Carter: "Doesn't help when the whole base goes on alert
every two hours."
Daniel: "No, it's not that. It's just that...my mind races
and I can't stop thinking about Sha're. Where she is, what she's
become."
Carter: "But you can't stay awake forever."
Daniel, raising his Styrofoam coffee cup: "I can try. You're
right. I'll meet you at the next briefing."
Fire and Water
Nem: "You serve the Goa'uld!"
Daniel: "No! No! Now I lost my wife, my, my mate because of
the Goa'uld. They took her from me and I despise them for
that."
Daniel: "Well, I would rather die than stay here in the
knowledge that I will never be able to see my wife and friends
again."
Secrets
Sha're: "You hate me."
Daniel: "No. No, I love you."
Sha're: "Will you forgive me?"
Daniel: "Oh, God." He walks over to her and hugs her.
"There's nothing to forgive."
Sha're: "I'm so ashamed."
Daniel: "I hate what's been done to you. I hate what Apophis
plans for the child growing inside of you. Look at me. I love
you. Everything else....I love you."
Sha're: "Will you stay?"
Daniel: "I can't. Because I want you to come home with
me."
Sha're: "You do love me."
Daniel: "Yes, I do."
Daniel: "Look at me. Look at me! I love you. I will always
love you. Do you understand? The Goa'uld will never be able to
take hat away from us. Do you understand that? Never."
Daniel: "Sha're is strong, good father. She will not give
up. And neither will I."
O'Neill: "You all right?"
Daniel: "No. No I'm not. But I will be."
Teal'c: "She looked directly at us, Daniel Jackson. But she
did not reveal our position."
O'Neill: "Let's go home."
Forever in a Day
Daniel: "I spent half my life studying the history of
the written word, including how various cultures recorded things
through the ages. From hammers and chisels to quills and
ink...but I never stopped once to recognize the ingenuity of this
simple little piece of technology that we use. After the first
team left me at Abydos, Sha're saw me writing in my journal and
thought the ballpoint I was using was magic. A little device like
this pen was such a wonder to her. The simplest things were a
wonder to her."
Carter: "Daniel, it's healthy to hold onto those
memories."
Daniel: "I couldn't save her. All these wonders we have at
our disposal and I couldn't save her."
Daniel: "I joined this program so I could find my wife. Now
I've found her. End of story."
Daniel: "Jack, up until now every time I set foot through
that gate I was thinking about my wife. Maybe I'll see her this
time, maybe this is the one.... Now every time I go through it'll
just be some...place...where that hope used to be. That's why I
can't do it anymore. I hope you understand that."
Daniel: "Please get out of my way, Teal'c."
Teal'c: "I will, but you must hear me first."
Daniel: "I have a pretty good idea what you want to
say."
Teal'c: "Is there not some form of human ritual in which I
may ask your forgiveness?"
Daniel: "No."
Sha're: "Are you ill, my husband?"
Daniel: "Apparently."
Sha're: "Go back to sleep. Tomorrow you will rise and return
to your travels through the Chaapa'ai."
Daniel: "No, I won't. I don't need to anymore. I've already
found you."
Sha're: "You must continue so you can find the boy!"
Daniel: "Where is he?"
Sha're: "To continue your travels, you must first forgive
Teal'c. He did what is right."
Daniel: "When he killed you."
Sha're: "Yes."
Daniel: "But you're here."
Sha're: "Yes. Now go back to sleep."
Daniel (speaking first in English, then in Egyptian): "I
speak for Sha're who can no longer speak for herself. I have
spoken no lies nor acted with deceit. I was once possessed by a
demon who did these things against my will. The demon is gone and
now I am without sin. Grant me a place in your blessed
dwelling." He continues the ceremony, then, "By the
trial of the great scales thy heart is light. Thy soul has been
found true."
Kasuf: "Good son, it is important I speak with you."
Daniel: "What is it, good father?"
Kasuf: "Colonel O'Neill tells me you are leaving his tribe,
that you no longer intend to go through the Chaapa'ai. Is this
so?"
Daniel: "Yes."
Kasuf: "Well, this disturbs me greatly. It gives the people
of Abydos great security knowing that you are out among the gods
protecting us."
Daniel: "I'm sorry, good father. I joined the SGC in the
hopes of finding Sha're. That goal is no longer attainable so I
cannot travel amongst the gods anymore. I hope you understand
that."
Kasuf: "But Daniel, my daughter wishes you to travel among
the gods."
Daniel: "She does."
Kasuf: "Yes, so you can find the boy."
Daniel: "Forgive me, good father, how do you know
that?"
Kasuf: "Sha're told me. Go, ask her yourself."
Sha're: "You are finally here."
Daniel: "Yes."
Sha're: "You are the only one who can save the boy,
Daniel."
Daniel: "He's a Harsesis, he contains all their
knowledge."
Sha're: "Ammonet took the Abydonians as a show so that
Heru-Ur would not know her true goal."
Daniel: "To take the boy."
Sha're, nodding: "She has sent him into hiding with her
closest aide."
Daniel: "Where?"
Sha're, about to be pulled away again, but she fights it:
"Kheb."
Daniel: "I know a Kheb. There's a reference in Budge. It's
the mythical place where Osiris hid from Seth. Kheb is a
myth."
Sha're: "No."
Daniel: "Where is it?"
Sha're: "Promise me you will save the child!"
Daniel: "I promise."
Sha're, right before she dies: "I love you, Daniel."
Teal'c: "I am sorry, Daniel Jackson."
Daniel: "You did the right thing, Teal'c."
Carter, seeing Sha're dead: "Oh, god."
O'Neill: "Teal'c?"
Teal'c: "Daniel Jackson will be fine."
Daniel, smiling and touching Sha're's face: "I love you
too."
