The main purpose of the club is to provide a meeting place for local modellers, where they can discuss various aspects and problems of the hobby, exchange ideas and equipment and make use of the club layout to test run their own models. We have two road 00 gauge test track and single road N gauge test track

meetings are held the on  Wednesday each week from 7.30pm until 10. At these it is hoped to have speakers, practical displays and instruction in various aspects of modelling. The club meets for working or running sessions. Meetings are held at the Public Hall, Station Road, Shirehampton (Bristol).

The club has an OO gauge layout based on Coaley junction and an N gauge layout under construction. The stock run on this layout reflects the wide interests of our members and is mainly made by well known manufacturers such as Hornby or Bachmann, but some kitbuilt stock does appear occasionally.
