The Shire of Dragonmarch is a branch of the Society for Creative Anachronism (SCA), a nonprofit, educational organization which studies and recreates the Middle Ages and Renaissance. The shire is in the stunning Kingdom of Artemisia. The shire encompasses three counties in northeastern Utah (Uintah, Daggett, and Duchesne) as well as three northwestern counties in Colorado (Moffatt, Rio Blanco, and Routt). Our Western bourder is Current Creek, Utah and our Eastern Border is Steamboat Springs, Colorado. Our gatherings are called Events and can include Court as well as Combat and Non-combat related activities. Activities include Armored Combat and Rapier Combat, Archery, Equestrian Arts and Hound Coursing, Costuming, Heraldry, Calligraphy, Illumination, Period Entertainment, Cooking and Brewing, to mention just a few.

Populous meeting is usually held the first week of the month.
