in 2005 I lodged a complaint to european court of human rights against three governments: Iran,denmark, and germany; but the court said me that Iranian government dose not ratify to condition of the court and forthermore I must change my aplication and use the application form of the court.what you you can read here, is a part of my second application and the answer of the court. in fact that they have declared that beating is not violation of  the convention.
