I am a writer that have been captured in net of criminals.no protection, no judge, nothing is available for me. they are cruel criminals. I am seeking asylum. I am seeking refuge to everywhere there is a claim for humanrights.as I have explained in my complaint to European court of humanrights, there has been the folowing events about me: (1) Iran,s government because of my activities for democracy and humanrights imprisoned me for one year and six times perfectly serious hited me by his factors. (2) danish government nearly three years took me captive in cloth of a refugee and made my youth useless by this actions: -made me perfectly secluded and their factors used serious harshnesses against me. -this factors perfectly serious hited me -regularly expresed me that i am sick and they took me to lunatic asylum by force and imprisoned me there. -factors of danish government made a bad language by acts  and evry time and evry where reviled me. -in the last period of my staying in denmark  they directly turned to abusiveness and savagery and for a pasport for more than two weeks kept me waiting and after two weeks they didnt give me pasport. -in the winter they sent me outside of camp to live in the city  without room. -they have occupied my ear and brain by general coughing and another acts most of the time and have taken action to destroy my nerves. -they attaced me by shocks of heart and nerves for several times. (3) german government contrary to laws related to refugees, didnt provide protection for me and on the contrary placed me in the shocks of heart and nerves and in spite of the fact that i had complained against the danish government, after about ten months delivered me to danish government. (4) berlin office of unhcr received all these reports by me, but after a long time expressed me that he has called to danish government to send me to another city and last time said me that i must go back to denmark because danish government take care of me. all this three governments have mobilized the people against me and now danish people are against me and i am in a serious conditions. after all when I had recently sent my complaint to court of humanrights, on sunday march 13th they after their threat hited me again and I run away to hamburg and contacted with canadian consulat but I could not be seccessful. I have spent a hard winter with a destroyer conditions. in the cold of winter in library,city,bus and streets with rasist people untile mithnight and between one oclock and seven oclock for only six hours sleep.living within feez from rasism,shocks of heart and nerves,threat of people, threat of rasist friends and their recently threat as the second time and their statement: < we are all friends and everywhere you be we will find you and will kill you.>, statement of police that there is no law in denmark and savagery, abusiveness and so on. this winter came after a hard year.in 2004 conditions was not very different with this year.shocks of heart and nerves in refugee camps in germany,attack from young people,problems with neigbours and their friends in the town,getting money every day for the same day for nearly two months,ineffective efforts to obtain protection and security during all time of 2004 for mor than 100 times by contact with authorities and police and etc, attacking me by microb and so on. at present I have run away to france and because of this sleeplesness during several months I need medical attention. by this statement I announce my situation and and ask to be refugee in a liberal country. who is to deliver me from grip of danish wild nation? this statement was completed in paris. I gave a copy to canadian embassy in paris, but they did,nt accept me.after a night walking in streets of paris I came back to denmark and they sent me to a room in a building where sick people live there. how much will it cost to clear this stamp of my face? is this a good answer that when I am resident in one country I can,t be refugee in another country without considering my situation? since I came back from paris my situation has becom more serious: in lift and stations people with their bycicles and children coachs hit me,in the bus kick me and so on; even one time a fruit seller with an orang hited on my loins and it caused that I was injured for a long time. the danish government who had asked german authorities to send me to denmark and actualy had stolen me, now in this conditions dosnt give me pasport and during several months has said.: "if you want pasport you must have an address it will take two weeks",then "you must aply to renew your residens permit" then "you must wait afew months". it seems as if they want to kill me and transfer my identity to another person.even they can replace a sick person and claim that this is original hosseini who has become sick. may be this is easy for you to reject my case and put my statement in your rubishes but when someone hit me and the pain flow in a part of my body, I ask GOD to destroy all who have ocupied the responsibility of such cases and dont perform their duty. this statement also can be a document for any court specialy in order to returning my prestige gholam reza hosseini 25.04.2005
