Association General Meeting. Will be held on Tuesday October 21^st 2008 Notes A major vote will be held on altering the snow clearing contract which would double the annual fees, so please attend the meeting.

Our Role:

The Shirley Drive Laneway Association is a non profit organization responsible for coordinating maintenance operations for the laneway situated at the rear of the town houses on Shirley Drive in Richmond Hill south of Redstone Dr.

Our Responcibilities:

Our operations cover 1. Snow removal and salting in the winter 2. Fence Repairs 3. Lighting 4. Signage 5. Laneway Surface Repairs We do not have responsibility for 1. The weeds along the fence 2. Garbage left in the laneway 3. Noise or Obstruction of the Laneway 4. The front yards of homes All these are the direct responsibility of the home owner We all live here and can reduce costs by performing these tasks ourselves Under the terms of your deed you must provide a letter of compliance to the purchaser when you sell your house. This letter can be obtained by having your lawyer send a request to any committee member.

Payment will be due by the 1^st of November 2008. Late fees of $30 will be charged after the due date. An audit was conducted to determine which units are in violation of the Town of Richmond Hill bylaws regarding weeds and garbage in the laneway. A cleaning levy of $60 will be applied to your invoice to cover contractor costs if the weeds are not removed by September 29^th 2008
