Episode 26: Heroes of light!"

Akira's dad: This light keeping you up?
(Akira nods, and his father changes the light bulb quickly.)
Akira's dad: Hope you can get some sleep. Tomorrow is a big day!
Akira: Thanks dad. I love you.
Akira's dad: I love you too slugger.
(Then the door closes. Meanwhile Dr. Grey is locking the door to the lab, and preparing to go.)
Dr.Grey: Well they haven't been back. I'd better go follow them.
(Then Rei, Shoizu and Ken appear.)
Ken: Where's Akirabon?
Dr.Grey: I'm about to go find out.
Rei: You have any idea where he might be?
Dr.Grey: The gorge I suppose.
Shoizu: Okay then we're going with you!
Dr.Grey: You kids have got to be out of your minds.
Rei: All we want to do is check on Akirabon.
Dr.Grey: Fine. As long as we don't have anymore people tagging along.
Michiko: I'm coming too!
Dr.Grey: Oh great.
Michiko: For some reason, I feel like seeing how Kiirobon is doing.
Ken: Ahh I see. So you're Kiirobon's girlfriend?
(Michiko blushes and begins to figet.)
Rei: What ever it is we have to go! Lets get going!
Dr.Grey: Is there anymore people?
(Then Jiko appears.)
Jiko: I heard Akirabon being mentioned. Where he goes his sister must be.
Dr.Grey: Rats.
(Soon Dr.Grey has most of the city behind him.)
Dr.Grey: Can't an old man go watch a robot fight in peace?
(Meanwhile at the battlefield Shiro angrily eyes the Omega dragon.)
Shiro: THAT WAS MY FRIEND!
Omega Dragon: As if I'm supposed to care.
(The Dragonblade is down, It has sustained heavy damage, and its b-da is very pale.)
Aka: Things are looking very bleak for him.
(Meanwhile on the cliff, Melody and her mother worry anxiously about their boy.)
Melody: Akirabon hasn't gotten up!
Akira's mom: Please don't be dead Akirabon!
Narrator b-da: Well this is turning into a blockbuster showdown.
(Then Dr.Grey along with the other citizens appears.)
Dr.Grey: You'd be surprised how many people want to cheer Akirabon on.
Melody: The whole city came?
Dr.Grey: Seems that the b-da fighting forces are very popular.
(Everyone crowds around the cliff over the fight scene.)
Man: That dragon looks fierce!
Woman: And that other one, I don't know it but I feel safe with it around!
(Everyone begins to chatter, and Dr.Grey talks to Akira's mom.)
Dr.Grey: What is going on anyway?
Akira's mom: Seems like that big skeleton dragon knocked Akira's bot over, and he hasn't gotten up since.
Dr.Grey: Eww. Even from here that robot looks like its in horrible shape.
Melody: What about Akirabon?
Dr.Grey: I don't know about him. The energy of the robot closely mirrors the energy of the pilot. If the bot is down it's not looking good for Akirabon.
(Omega Dragon hits the Saint Dragon again.)
Koutei: It looks like its over for the lot of you.
Kiiro: One thing though how in the world did you get the Dragons to work with you?
Ao: And how did you get out of the grave to kill Akira's father?
(Omega Dragon takes a foot and stands on the Saint dragon.)
Omega Dragon: Ha ha ha! I suppose you can learn just that information. For killing that boys father, its just as simple as finding some poor stupid b-daman like you on the living world and possessing him with evil! With the evil flowing through his b-da, one shot could take down a whole army! I took that b-daman and had him do my dirty work. As for the dragons it was the same process. I had to have someone on this side get rid of you while the three of us collected our strength, and the dragons were all selfish creatures who were hungry for a slice of power.
Kuro: So in essence you used them. An omnipotent monster such as yourself should know that the dragons were like toys to us.
Veda: I suppose if you want to use the term "Used them" You could. Just like we're using this body.
Shiro: Using the body?
Koutei: He can't hear us when we swich modes like this, so we'll let you in on a little secret.
Veda: Once the 5 of you are gone, we can gain our old bodies back and shed this tripe called omega dragon.
Koutei: Then we will plunge this world into darkness, and leave this body in Hell where it belongs.
Kiiro: Gee. This is a new one, the villains are backstabbing the villain.
Omega Dragon: Now you die!
Aka: Wait! Koutei and Veda are using you!
Omega Dragon: Shut up!! They are my only friends, unlike you cruel unloving b-damen!
(He hits the flare dragon and sparks fly.)
Shiro: AKABON!!
(The dragon flies off a little and hits a nearby mountain.)
Shiro: Now you have done it!
(They tackle him, and omega dragon falls back.)
Ao: I don't think we can continue attacking! We're using energy to move at this point!
Kuro: What?
Ao: Saint dragon is having trouble preforming normal functions like breathing properly, eventually it'll give out…
Kiiro: Damn. This is just getting from bad to worse.
(Meanwhile in thought Akira sits by himself in a hazy water filled world.)
Akira: Is this what death is like?
(He looks around.)
Akira: No wonder no one wants to die. Its so lonely.
Akira's dad: Well once you get used to it its not so bad.
Akira: Dad?!
(Akira's dad suddenly materializes in front of him.)
Akira: Dad!
(He cries happy tears and embraces his father.)
Akira's dad: Wow! You missed me that much?
Akira: Yeah I did! Now in death we're united I suppose.
Akira's dad: Woah whoa whoa! Sport! You're not dead!
Akira: Really? But that was quite a blow.
Akira's dad: You know, I learned that death is 100% mental.
Akira: Really?
Akira's dad: Learned it a bit to late.
(They both share a hearty laugh.)
Akira: If I'm not dead where am I?
Akira's dad: Your mind.
Akira: This is in my head? There's a lot more space in here than I thought.
Akira's dad*(Chuckles.): Looks like my sense of humor got to you. A chip off the old block.
Akira: Dad, what is it like to die?
Akira's dad: Well it's like running out of gas. You feel a bit tired and woozy, and then you lie down. Instead of waking up to chicken soup and your mothers smiling face you never wake up again.
Akira: Sounds depressing.
Akira's dad: There is something more depressing…
Akira: What?
Akira's dad: Come with me.
(He follows his father and then after a while they stop and his father clears away some of the haziness.)
Akira: Woah!
(He sees the fight against Omega dragon and Saint dragon. Saint dragon is down and out, and Omega dragon is crushing it's head pitilessly.)
Akira's dad: Your friends all think that they failed to protect you.
Akira: But they didn't!
Akira's dad: The depressing thing is, they're good friends. At this rate though it won't be long until they join me in death.
Akira: NO! There has to be something I can do!
Akira's dad: Of course there is! When there's a will there's a way.
(The space suddenly becomes less cloudy.)
Akira's dad: Looks like I've gotten through to you.
Akira: What how?
Akira's dad: That haze was self doubt, and sadness. Now that you WANT to help your friends, the path is clear.
(He points down a path that has been revealed.)
Akira's dad: Look Akirabon, you have to go out there, and show everyone what you're made of. Up until now, you have always been that back up plan, the back up singer to the group. You've made some impressive contributions, but not enough for the villains to respect you.
Akira: I suppose your right.
Akira's dad: and I don't think you're gonna let that fossil face get away with canning your dad's program are you?
Akira: That's right! I'll go avenge you dad! I will!
Akira's dad: Atta boy! Now go down that path! And I don't want to see you until after you get married!
Akira: Right!
Akira's dad: And tell your mother that I said I love you.
Akira: Okay! You got it!
(He runs down the path, and meanwhile the crowd grows anxious.)
Melody: Akirabon you have to get up!!
Akira's mom: You have to help your friends!
(Akira runs down the path, and then it starts to get dark. Then he can hear something faint.)
Akira: That's mom! And Melodybon!
(Then suddenly in the Dragonblade, Akira gets up.)
Akira: Talk about your "Dreams with a meaning."
(Then the crowd cheers as the Dragonblade gets up.)
Dr.Grey: Maybe there's hope after all!
Shiro: He's back up again!
(And the flare dragon returns.)
Aka: So am I!
(Then the Saint dragon takes a MAJOR hit, and everyone is hushed with awe.)
Akira: That's ENOUGH!
(Then suddenly, the spirit of his father appears in the cockpit. The spirit winks and then dissolves into his b-da, which then begins to glow.)
Omega dragon: What is this?
Akira: You've had enough fun hurting people! I'm ending it now!!
(Then a new emblem glows proudly on his b-da.)
Shiro: An EIGHTH element?
Kuro: That cannot be?
(Then the Dragonblade flies to Saint Dragons' side. Both beast-robots roar, and the Dragonblade lifts the Saint dragon's head up.)
Veda: They cannot go farther than Saint Dragon!
Koutei: But they are somehow!!
(Then the Dragonblade assimilates with the Saint dragon, and there is a huge explosion of light and energy. As if on cue, the clouds part and disperse.)
Dr.Grey: Master professor never mentioned this..
Melody: Whats happening now?
Akira's mom: Are they okay?
Dr.Grey: I think that its time to start worrying about the villeins..
(Then everything is silent. Saint Dragon steps out of the light, and Omega Dragon gasps.)
Veda: No where in the plan did this occur..
Koutei: Can it be that everything is going up in smoke?
Omega Dragon: What are you guys talking about?!
(Saint Dragon appears infront of them. But now it stands on two feet, and has a mighty sword in it's hands. The dragonblade's blue phoenix now stands on its head, and it emits a fierce roar.)
Everyone: SAINT DRAGONBLADE!!!
Aka: I've never heard of this happening…
Rei: That thing looks amazing!
Omega Dragon: So you have a sword. Big deal.
(Akira now shares the cockpit with Kiiro, Ao, Shiro, and Kuro.)
Shiro: Nice to meet you in here.
Akira: Nice to meet you too!
Kuro: Enough. We now have the advantage.
Kiiro: How do you know?
Kuro: Have you ever seen Omega Dragon this afraid?
Omega Dragon: I AM NOT AFRAID!
(He charges but the Saint Dragonblade simply steps aside and fires a HUGE light b-da attack.)
Ao: Wow! That was one of our weaker moves!
Omega Dragon: If that was one of their weaker moves…I'm in trouble..
Akira: It's over for you! This is how it ends!
(He makes a motion with his arm and the Saint Dragonblade takes its sword out.)
Akira: Everyone! With me now!
Shiro: White Blose! Shot!
Kiiro: Yellow Crusher! Lightining!
Ao: Blue braver Tornado!
Kuro: Black devistator Darkness!
Aka: Flare Dragon Fire!
(The sword then glows all of the elements, meanwhile Midori far away…)
Midori: A call for the elements! Crystal Green Plant!
(Even Mizuro gets in the act.)
Mizuro: Looks like they need my help yet again! Aqua bomber Ice!
(The sword now has all eight element signs on it.)
Akira: CELESTIAL CALIBER !
(He hits the dragon as hard as he can.)
Omega Dragon: NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
(Koutei and Veda disintegrate first, and then finally Omega Dragon. Then a swirl of darkness flies up to the sky and explodes.)
Akira: I didn't know I had it In me!
Shiro: I don't think any of us knew.
Aka: I can't believe it! It's over!
(The crowd stares in disbelief until Melody says.)
Melody: THEY DID IT!!
(Then everyone shouts and hollers cheer of success and the Saint Dragonblade roars a mighty roar of victory.)
Kiiro: The only good part of crime fighting is this part.
Shiro: Tell me about it.
(Then they get down, and notice a basket in front of the bot.)
Shiro: Who does this belong to?
(Kiiro opens it and it's a baby dragon.)
Kiiro: Where did it come from?
Akira: I can explain. When I hit it with the sword, I thought about what he said about being mistreated. I figured that if he had a second chance he might be a good b-daron.
Ao: I suppose that's a good point.
(Then the pets run to their respective owners.)
Kuro: Hey Hiryu mind taking care of this baby to make sure it doesn't go astray?
(Hiryu nods and takes the basket. He opens his wings and flies away.)
Shiro: Bye bye and take care!
(Then Aka and the rest of the crowd run towards them)
Aka: You were all great!!
Kiiro: Well it was the kid that did everything.
Michiko: Kiirobon san! Are you okay?
Kiiro: Well I'm fine but as for Saint Dragon blade…
(The robots are back to normal. All separate and neatly standing in a row.)
Shiro: Gee. I wish I got to say good bye.
Kiiro: Ah well. Michikobon It's about time that I got honest.
Michiko: How so?
Kiiro: I've had (Sputters.) A crush on you since you started working for me.
Michiko: Really? Well to tell the truth, I didn't like you at first, but when you defeated that dragon. I knew that you were a good person.
Ao: Awww Isn't that cute.
Kiiro: SHUT UP!
Shiro: Hey Akabon isn't it time to be a little honest?
Aka(Blushing): About who?
Shiro: Oh come on, You've liked Kurobon since we were kids, and you have mad fantasies about marring him and making him your man! In fact..
(She punches him in the stomach.)
Aka: YOU IDIOT! IF I WANTED HIM TO KNOW THAT I WOULD TELL HIM MY SELF!!!
Kuro: Is that the truth?
Aka: Well mostly yes.
Kuro: Akabon I do respect you as a woman. You are the only one of this group that I feel isn't an immature b-daman.
Shiro: I'M NOT IMMATURE!
Aka: Would you…Marry me?
Kuro(Thinks.): Maybe. But I am like the wind. I don't stay in one place.
Aka: The queenship would keep me here…
(Then she suddenly gets an idea.)
Aka: Midoribon? Melodybon?
(Midori saunters up.)
Midori: Yes? I wish you wouldn't disappear like that even for battle. I had to ride my robot from far away to get here.
(Then Melody skips up.)
Melody: Yes?
Aka: Melodybon how would you like to be princess?
Melody: AH! More than anything in the world!
Aka: Done. I'm stepping down and giving it to you!
Midori: WHAT?!
Aka: Midoribon will teach you everything you have to know, and when you become of age you can be queen.
Melody: Oh Thank You Thank You Thank You!
Midori: Have you lost it?
Kuro(Scoffs.): Maybe you are the one for me.
Aka: I hope so.
Kuro: Well I'm leaving.
(Aka follows him, and they both get in their respective bots and fly away.)
Akira: So long! See you soon!
Midori(Crying): Yeah. Thanks for nothing…
Melody: It's okay. (Hugs him) I think your nice.
Midori: Thanks.
Akira: Guess that's it.
(Then a ship flies over head and lands. It opens and a white b-daman who is b-daless comes out.)
Shiro: Little bro?
Man: Big brother!
Shiro: Bomberman! About time you came to visit!
(The two of them embrace.)
Akira: you have a brother?
Shiro: Yep. (To Bomberman) What are you doing here?
Bomberman: Well back on Bomberworld, Dot has been tracing Akirabon's heroics, and she talked about this!
Akira: You saw our fight?
Bomberman: That's right! And I'd like to make you a member of the Bomberforce!
Shiro: Beat it! He's on our side!
Bomberman: Bomberforce!
Shiro: B-da force!
Bomberman: Bomberforce!
Shiro: B-da force!
Akira's mom: Boys! Boys! Shouldn't he decide?
Shiro: Right! Akirabon! You're with us right?
Bomberman: Come see space! Join the Bomberforce!
Akira: Both are tempting, but I'd rather do neither.
Both: WHAT?!
Akira: I only get to be a kid once, so I'm gonna enjoy it! When I'm looking for a career, I'll call you then.
Both: AUUUUGH!
(Then he gets in his bot.)
Akira: Mom! Melody! Lets go home!
Akira's mom: Okay son lets go!
(His mother and melody hop in, and the Dragonblade lifts and flies away.)
Shiro: Dr. Grey, this means I can live with you again right?
(Dr.Grey makes a snickering noise.)
Shiro: AHHH! Akirabon! (Runs after them) WAIIIIIIIIIITTTTT!!
Rei: What a weird guy. (Laughs and runs after them)
Shoizu: Where is she going?
Ken: Who cares?
(Ken runs too. Shoizu sighs and goes after them. Then finally the whole crowd, as a large ensemble follows the Dragonblade as it files over B-da land. All the adventures, the perils the laughs, the villians and the heroes. All in this little place located on a little planet in space. Now we leave them as we met them as good observers should.)
