Author's Commentary"

You see one day, when I was playing BB-Daman Bakugaiden V: Final Mega tune, my cousin named his main character "Akirabon." He had just learned about the movie "Akira" and had fallen in love with the name. I myself was intrigued so I kept Akirabon in mind.
Later I drew a picture of this concoction, and he looked like the Akirabon of today. Now that I had drawn him, I definitely had to put him in a story. So learning that Bakugaiden had ended with V, so I picked it up with VI.
Bakugaiden six was meant to be a one-episode story about Akirabon, who had met his hero Shirobon and got to fly the white gale for a day. (Which is how this story started anyway.) After having my net friend read the story, she liked it and so then I decided to make it longer. Soon it became a project and no longer a hobby. The story didn't start getting good until the fans got more involved. Then that's when six got off the ground.
-The Characters-
When the story was initially created, Akirabon was the only character. Soon he gained a sister and a mother. Here I will try to explain who and what they are.
Akirabon
Ah-Ki-ra-boh-n
He is loosly based on what I think Shirobon would be as a child. Akira is a little more serious than Shiro though, but mostly, Akira acts like Shiro as a kid.
Melodybon
Me-lo-dii-Boh-n
Her name was dirrived from my first foray into fanfiction "Golden Melody". The name fits her personality. A Melody can be sweet some times, and nasty other times. Melody was taken from my idea of what Akabon as a child would be.
Rei
Reh-iii
Rei's name was taken from the last name of Akabon's voice actor (Sakuma Rei) She is basically the Lucy to Charlie brown in the series. She's Akira's maybe maybe not girlfriend. She is also the token tomboy, and can be taken as Akabon's more out going personality.
Shoizu
Shi-oui-zu
Shoizu's name was taken from another character of mine "Shou" He is based on me, a good eater, and a guy who generally only cares for himself. : He is one of Akira's friends.
Ken
K-e-n
Ken's name was taken from "Street Fighter" (I don't know why.) He's basically my idea of a bisoshen to the max. He always is looking for girls, and only hangs out with Akira to meet them.
Michiko
Mee-chi-koh
Michiko's name loosly means "Child of the right path." It just sounded pretty to me :. Michiko originally was gonna be blue, and be highly devoted to Kiirobon. But then I decided to make Kiirobon work to get her.
Dr. Toikio
Toi-kiii-oh
His name is a pun on the word "Tokyo" and his personality is counter that of most mad scientists. Most mad scientists are serious doctors who have something against the protaginist. Toikio just wants respect, and he looks in all the wrong places.
Jikobon
Jee-koh-boh-n
Jiko's name came out of thin air. And when I was doing episode 11 I needed a family member for Pink. Jiko fit best. He loosely is supposed to be Andy from "Cowboy Bebop" but just loosely.
Villians.
Red Dragon
His personality is that of the bumbling sidekick vilian. He wants to do something right, but can't seem to. My friend likes Red for that reason. :
Blue Dragon
Originally Blue was supposed to be the smart one. But that fell to brown so Blue just was the quiet guy.
Brown Dragon
Brown is the most intellegent, and came the closest to beating our heroes. If only Akira didn't get lucky..
Black Dragon
The head hancho. He's just really mean, and unlikable. Maybe that's why he didn't get much respect…
-The Music-
Well in Six I had just started writing music, and so the six music disapoints me. You can view it at http://www.oocities.org/azul_sanctuary/musicnotes.html there are three songs, opening ending, ending, which are up. There will be another ending soon.
-The Characters owned by Hudson-
You people have to understand. If a character seems different from their T.V. show counterpart, it's because I've only watched the show in languages I don't understand.
Most of the series I've seen is in Chinese, and 4 episodes japanese. I tried to go mostly by sight but still somethings aren't exactly the same. Also, I know that most of the characters returned from IV but we'rent in V. I've never seen V, and I still haven't seen the end of IV, so I had little to go buy so don't bite my head off.

Sora is a good net friend who I should mostly thank for making the story what it is. When she started reading it, she Brilliantly pointed out errors, and helped me add more of a personal touch to the story. Her fanfiction Magic knight Erina really helped me strive for the best.
Aldrea also a big fan that helped keep this story moving.
