20 Jul - Sunset on a beach in Hawaii =) Couldn't resist drawing it when I saw all those gorge colours in the ref pic (from naturepl.com)

27 Jul - Dandelions in the sunset, I wanted to draw this cos the original photo (from naturepl.com) was so striking and surreal =)

30 Aug - horse at sunset, this was a warm-up picture for my unicorn one. I had a lot of criticisms about anatomy from horse artists, but I think it looks pretty anyway ;)

1 Sept - Pertrarch's house, done in pointillism style - it took a lot of patience to complete it! I'm even more in awe of Seurat (who invented pointilism) now ;)

8 Nov - sunrise in Somerset, the English countryside can be so scenic =)

25/26 Dec - just some doodles testing out the tablet I got for xmas =D, plus using the ShiPainter program (I normally use PaintBBS)

26 Dec - ok I've decided I like using ShiPainter for landscapes ;) This is a sunset at Mt Rainier, the ref pic was a poster from art.com. The trees took a while ;)
