Remember Quasimodo's model village? The surface of that particular table changes from wood to cloth to miniature cobbles continually.
The number of grapes and their position on Quasimodo's plate change from scene to scene.
Interestingly, Quasimodo could swing down from the top of the bell tower to the ground on a rope that was previously only about 4 metres long while the tower was definitely higher than that!
When Esmeralda first appeared, there were gold coins sewed onto her sash. However, when she was inside Notre Dame and singing the song "God help the outcasts", the coins have disappeared.
During the fight scene, Quasimodo and the gargoyles pour melted lead from the top of the church. However, no sight of it was seen after that scene.
