Responsibilities: - I was in charge of editorial, financial, bureau administration and management for the western region of India. - Responsible for cultivating editorial inputs and revenue from smaller pockets like Pune, Ahmedabad, Goa, Vadodara etc. - I was part of the re-vamp team for PC World and Computer World for refining editorial focus, improving readability, choosing a new international tabloid format for CW etc. - I was part of the senior management decision-making body for streamlining bureau - H.O. communication processes, fine-tuning packing dates etc. - I decided editorial strategy for the 3 IT magazines with respective editors. Reason of Leaving: IT Division of the company closed down due to lack of funds, all magazines folded up and everyone from peon to president were asked to find alternative employment.
