Other Instructors trained under - Hirokasu Kanazawa 10th Dan, Ticky Donovan 8th Dan, Rick Jackson 7th Dan, Manabu Murakami 6th Dan, Terry O'Neill 6th Dan, John Preece, 6th Dan, Lee Butler 6th Dan, George Best 5th Dan, Melvin Austin 5th Dan, Simon Oliver 5th Dan, Tony Atherden 4th Dan, Janet Tunstall 4th Dan, Wayne Otto 3rd Dan. Graded to 1st Dan in 1997 under John Flavell, (then a 6th Dan). Graded to 2nd Dan in 1999 under Mark Tranter, 5th Dan. Graded to 3rd Dan in 2002 under Mark Tranter, 5th Dan.
