Research Associate in the DBT funded project entitled “Structure Analysis, Generation and Role of RNA structures containing Non Watson-Crick Base Pairs”, Biophysics Division, Saha Institute of Nuclear Physics, under the guidance of Prof. Dhananjay Bhattacharya from 23rd July 2008. Continuing Research in Bioinformatics. Have been awarded the Doctor of Philosophy in Engineering from Jadavpur University in 2008. Ph.D. thesis title New Computational Methods for Gene Analysis from Microarray Data.
