News as of June 8th, 2008 Well, it's pretty evident that nothing has happened here over the past year. The current clutch (and subsequent hatching) also has been suspended pending further notice due to lack of interest and participation in the weyr from the members of the group. This current clutch may or not be recycled into a new storyline should the weyr be restarted. However, I'll leave the gossip from April 7, 2007 up so that people can remember what it was like when this was an active weyr. Choranth recently laid her clutch, which was a relief for all involved. However, for the curiousity of all involved, she kept it hidden from view until she was darn well ready. Her temperment matched her bondmates for the first time in quite a while so the gold was moody, snappish, and overall cranky.

And that was a few weeks ago.

Now, for the first time, Choranth revealed the contents of a healthy clutch which includes a golden egg. That has a lot of people both relieved and worried. Rumors are flying that Callis intends to choose the junior weyrwoman, not trusting to the dragonet to do it right. Well, there ought to be a few strong-willed girls out there willing to stand up to the Senior gold and her rider in the hopes of impressing gold.

Get those candidates in as a new clutch is now hardening on the Sands.
