| Charcoals are the largest of the normal colors, no questions asked, and are always male. The unquestioned King of any group of flitters, even the deadly Golds walk carefully around the Charcoals. Charcoals refuse to tolerate any flitters below Crimson in rank, and will kill any flits below that with no warning. Marked Charcoals are larger than normal Charcoals by about five inches, and will only tolerate Marked Golds, Marked Crimsons, and normal Golds. Charcoals never get along with other Charcoals. |
