An educational institution
is deemed effective and productive if it is able to best improve the quality
of life of the people especially those of the grassroots level. Thus, SSC
should carefully plan out its development based on the felt-needs and aspirations
of its clientele.
Anchored on its charter and other related laws, the college must be able to address itself to meeting the challenges of the new millennium through quality, relevant and responsive Instruction, Research, Extension and Production in line with the local, regional and national development goals and that of the global village. |
