MARY QUEEN OF ANGELS HOUSE Now under construction in Agua Prieta, Sonora, Mexico, this facility will be staffed by "Boys Town style" teacher/parent couples and will include a classroom, pychologist's office, infirmary, computer lab, language center, nursary, dining and recreational areas, chapel, laundry, visitors' lounge, and dormatory. The orphanage will be owned and operated by our sister organization, the Blessed Nuno Society de Mexico, A.C. |
CASA HOGAR PEPITO Our Spiritual Director, Father James Crossman, is shown to the right visiting Casa Pepito, an orphanage in Mexico operated by the Agua Prieta Municpal DIF. Through the years, our Society has provided remodeling, expansion, repairs, and ongoing support for Casa Pepito. |
BREAD OF LIFE This shelter for children, most of whom are victims of HIV, is located on the island nation of St. Vincent and the Grenadines in the West Indies. The Society provides grants to support the children and staff. |
C.R.R.E.D.A. #8 Society Director Father Mike Patullo is shown to the right blessing children at C.R.R.E.D.A.#8, an alcohol and drug rehabilitation center in Agua Prieta. Although most of the residents at C.R.R.E.D.A.#8 are adults, some are as young as 11 years old. The Blessed Nuno Society provides food and supples on a monthly basis. |
BRAZOS de AMOR ORPHANAGE ANNUAL SHOES and SCHOOL SUPPLIES CAMPAIGN Society volunteer Louisa Romo distributes shoes, socks, and Christmas gifts in December and backpacks and school supplies in the summer to the children at Brazos de Amor and Casa Pepito orphanages in Agua Prieta, Sonora. The Society provides grants twice a year to help launch this community effort by the citizens of Douglas, Arizona. |
"ORPHANS OF THE WOMB" Each year in January, the Society issues a Repect Life Grant to a non-profit organization chosen for its work in providing abortion alternatives. Shown on the left, Father Crossman buries the abandoned remains of aborted children, a free service the Society provided for many years. |
