The majority of the traffic exchange programs I've used can't be autosurfed, which is a matter of personal preference. I just figure that if other surfers have to look, you might be able to catch their eye. I skim pages to see if there is something to be learned and applied to my own pages. I also find it interesting to see what other people are offering and marketing. I've linked to a couple autosurf programs, but I don't use them anymore. If you use some of the first links here I'll get a referral credit, which would be helpful to me. E-mail me if you do that, and I'll find another exchange program that you could get a referral credit for.

Some of your hits go to charity.

In addition to the two Autosurfers shown below, there is a banner for a viral exchange. These are pretty popular, but I haven't seen much indicating their effectiveness yet. Note, some autosurfers do try things like contest to keep eyeballs watching, but again how effective. This site here has a ton of autosurf programs linked for your use.
