It started with Colonel Makepeace coming through the gate, who proceeds to run to General Hammonds office to report running into the Tokra on whatever planet they were scouting. The Tokra told them the location of SG-1, and that they were taken prisoners by Hathor. A Tokra operative gave them the plans of Hathors pyramid for a rescue attempt. It's decided that SG teams 3, 5, 6, 11, are to be sent to the rescue. General Hammond made a little speech before the left and he wanted to the soldiers to do it of their own will instead of making it an order. He was in the middle of asking for them to take a step forward when they all took a step forward before he even finished. They were more they willing.

Then we get to Jack, Sam, and Daniel in the gate room (that fake one), Hathor asks which one was going to be the host. Jack makes a comment about the worm thing "it has her eyes" Hathor tells him to be silent. She goes over to Daniel and wants to know if it will be her beloved, and that they can spend an eternity together. She then asks if he remembers the joys they once shared. Which he reply's that he really tries not to. Then she approaches Sam and comments about her being the one that would challenge her. She senses that she was once possessed and perhaps once more. Sam reply's that she is not afraid. She says she should be. She then approaches Jack, and the thing seems to have chosen him. He makes another comment "what the grey doesn't bother you?" He looks at Hathor and sees he's not going to get out of it and "alright fine lets do it. please I beg of you not in the back of the neck. I've got some problems..." and proceeds to grab the thing, gets shot by a zat gun and falls to the floor, Sam runs to see if he's okay. The thing runs away, and Hathor is mad. They take them were Jack can be restrained to become the host.

Then we see that the SG teams are now on the planet to rescue them.

Then we see Teal'c back on Chulak and goes in search of Brata'c, and that he is there to build an army in which to free Sg-1. Brata'c was hurt and it was the last of Apophis personal guard who did it and left him there to die. They did it because when he heard about Apophis his 'heart soared and hoped there would be celebration among his people, instead they feared that with the death of Apophis that Klorel would return to claim his inheritance.'

Then we see Hathor with Sam and Daniel waiting for Jack becoming a host. Hathor comments that she 'is not pleased.' Jack responds 'neither are we.' Hathor then takes the thing in Jacks head out, and the camera shows Sam after he says ow. She looks sad. Hathor then says that once he is changed that he will then take the life of his friends (Daniel and Sam). Jack says 'we don't think so.' Hathor says he 'will have no say in the matter. He will witness their death's there his own eyes. Hopelessly.' Then she rips his shirt open. I'm guessing to give the thing more access to the back of the neck. Hathor says 'It may take some time for the thing to take control, but we will greatly enjoy experiencing your eventually defeat.' Proceeds to get the thing from the Jaffa, and we get to look at the apprehension on the faces of Daniel and mostly Sam. Jack then screams in pain as it enters his neck. Sam looks away and closes her eyes and holds herself. Then we hear the Sg teams attack on the guards. Jaffa leads Daniel and Sam away.

We then see Colonel Makepeace attacking the Jaffa.

Hathor then says something in whatever language the talk in and leaves. The supposed host left in charge is actually Tokra and puts Jack back in the cryogenic state. It will kill the thing before it has the full chance to meld.

We then see Colonel Makepeace again fighting the Jaffa. The Jaffa retreat. Colonel Makepeace then heads out again. They enter the fake gate room and a soldier comments 'there's no place like home.' Then we see Daniel and Sam marching somewhere when all the sudden we hear Makepeace say Surrender your prisoners and drop your weapon. Sam turns around and hits the Jaffa in the stomach and Daniel takes the weapon and they both jump off to the sides and the guards open fire. Colonel Makepeace asks where Jack is and Sam reply's that he was taken as a host.

Then we see the Tokra person lowering Jack into the cold liquid below. Then Hathor enters and says 'kree' and the Tokra responds that she is Tokra and that if the Tauri do not kill them the Tokra will. Then Hathor uses the ribbon device on her. She hurt but not dead.

Then we see the soldiers who are guarding the gate. They comment to Makepeace that something is happening there and they abandon Jack, saying he's a casualty of war. They leave Jack behind because they lost radio contact with the gate and even if they find Jack if the gate is not secure they will not be getting home.

Then we see Teal'c and he tells a person that he will be having a meeting at Brata'cs home and he wishes all to come.

Then we see all of them at the edge of the forest looking at the gate. They query as to why the enemy is not there. They proceed to the gate with caution. When the run into a force field. The Jaffa appear on the other side having taken the gate. They open fire (while that is going on you can see Sam and Daniel behind the others ducking- at this point they don't have guns) but it does no good and they try retreat back to the forest but these towers pop up out of the ground with Jaffa control the guns. Some get hurt and Daniel falls, Sam goes back for him. He's dazed. One of the blasts opens up some a hole into Tokra tunnels. They escape into the tunnel. The Colonel asks Daniel if he can walk and he reply's 'it's just a deep bleeding gash, but it will be fine.' They try to get past the barrier inside the tunnels. But they run into the barrier underground also. Sam goes a little scientific here which the Colonel doesn't care if it doesn't help them. The Jaffa fallow them into the tunnel and were asked to get as many as possible alive to be added to the jaffa army.

We see Hammond and he's asking about the Sg teams, they are overdue. They plan to open the gate and send a message through. We see Trofsky who's in charge of the jaffa move away from the gate as it activates for the message from Hammond. They just stand there looking at the gate waiting for whatever to come through. Then all the sudden Makepeace gets the message from Hammond, he makes a report to him, talks about how they can't reach the stargate without reinforcements, Hammond has the camera on the malp to turn the Jaffa note this and fire on it. Which destroys the picture and communication, but not before Hammond gets the general idea. Told them there were going to send reinforcements but cannot sell the idea to the president and joint chiefs.

Sam starts talking about a way to destroy the barrier, requests permission to go back and shut it down. Daniel wants to go to, but gets turned down cause he's injured. Sam gets to go and she goes alone. We see the Jaffa are inside the tunnels in pursuit.

We're back to Chulack, Teal'cs about to make his speech. Bra'tac enters and asks that they listen to Teal'c. Teal'c comes out makes his speech. Asks the people who want to help to stay and most people leave and we get the surprise of Hammond being there. The general comments 'not what I'd call an army but it's a start.' Bra'tac comes up to the general and says 'general of texas.' The general has come for their help.

We see Sam inside the facility looking around. She's in the place where Jack's been frozen, finds the Tokra on the floor hurt she explains to Sam how to revive Jack and that the Gould thing should be dead. She proceeds to defrost Jack, she comments that she doesn't feel it's presence and that he will be alright. She moves to help him but finds Hathor in her path. Hathor brings up the ribbon device and proceeds to use it on Sam.

Then we see Makepeace making his way through the tunnels, and that the Jaffa have found them and that they are now under attack.

Then were back to Sam being hurt and in great pain from the ribbon device, Hathor comments that she had high hopes for her and then...Jack grabs Hathor and Sam falls to the ground. Hathor says she will kill him for that. He comments back 'we would just like you to go away.' Proceeds to throw her into the liquid below. He watches for a couple seconds, then moves over to Sam. He asks 'Carter?' She asks 'sir, what happened?' He says Oh God and pulls her into the HUG. He tells her the 'Hathor is dead' She 'what about you?' He 'cold, I'm a little chilly. But I'm me.' She then proceeds to tell him about Trofsky, the barrier, and she needs to destroy it. The Tokra tells them were they need to go. Jack then helps Sam up and there on there way.

Then we're in a forest with Teal'c, Hammond, and Bra'tac. They are searching for a thing that can fly through the stargate.

Then were back to Sam and Jack. They're making there way to the fake gate room. She has point with a machine gun, while Jack is behind with a handgun. Jack flips a switch and the whole back wall opens and they enter.

Back to Makepeace running through tunnel, they turn a corner only to run into jaffa. They surrender.

Back to Sam and Jack, there on the outskirt of the forest and they see that Daniel and the Sg teams have been taken hostage by Trofsky and jaffa that are left. Jack comments 'is this part of your plan captain?' she 'no, sir' Trofsky calls out that he knows she is still out there and if she doesn't come out he will kill them one by one. As he points a zat gun to Daniel's head. He says he'll give her one minute. The reinforcements are not due for a couple minutes and Jack says they need to buy some time. He comments that Trofsky thinks he is a thing and tells Sam to blow the C-4 when the cavalry comes through. She asks 'what if they don't?' He's put off by this and says 'what if they don't?!' Which she reply's quite quickly that they will. He looks at her will a funny look. He proceeds down the hill hoping that Trofsky will think he was a gould. He's mostly down and shouts 'Jaffa Kree' all to human sounding. Trofsky then reply's in the language. And Jack doesn't understand, and says 'You heard me, I said Kree.' Daniel's says 'Jack' hopeful sounding. Jack ways his hand and says 'Hey guys' then to Makepeace 'Makepeace nice rescue. Good job.' Makepeace looks down. Trofsky shouts for silence. Jack says 'Listen up there's something you should know before you start shooting ..and killing..and ruining what good be a start of a beautiful friendship. Our beloved Hathor -pause- is dead. Trofsky says 'That's impossible. Hathor is a queen. More than that she is a goddess.' Jack says 'Okay exgoddess...Maybe. I killed her myself. Trust me on this. She's gone. She's no more. She's... well lets face it, she's a former queen. So why don't we put an end to this right now.' Trofsky raises his zat gun and says 'We will end this with your surrender.'

Then we hear the stargate charge to life. Everyone looks kind of surprised.

Then we see Teal'c instructing Hammond before they go through the gate. Everyone is staring at the open gate and are waiting to see what's about to come through. Then Jack quietly says 'now.' Meaning Sam to blow the C-4. Which she does like a second after he says that. Then were back to Hammond and Teal'c just before we see them go through the gate. We see the inside of the gate as they go through and they come out in a ship as big as the gate with wings that are rounded for the entrance or so they can fit. The guards duck and Hammond shoots at one of the towers and it explodes. Trofsky raises the zat gun to shoot, but Jack commands the men to get down and he shoots Trofsky. The second tower gets Jack in sight, but Sam shouts a warning and shoots at the tower which doesn't do any good. Jack looks behind him at her then up and realizes that he's about to be shout at, he jumps to the side just seconds before he would have been shot. Then Trofsky tries to make his way to the gate (its still open) but then Bra'tac and some resistance jaffa come through and start shooting at the other jaffa. Teal'c and Hammond come around to fire on the second tower, and destroy it too. Hammond then shouts a 'Yeeeeeaaaaaaaaa Haaaaaaaaaaaawwwwww' (Borrowed from Gina). Teal'c gives a funny look about that. We see Sam running over to Jack and they watch the ship fly by. Bra'tac i'm guessing is telling the other jaffa to surrender and they do. Bra'tac and Daniel walk over to meet Sam and Jack as they walk over to the now big group of people. Then we see Teal'c and Hammond walking over to the four of them. They just all stand there for a second just looking at each other, then Teal'c and Bra'tac start to walk over to the big group, than then they all start to turn that way. But Sam walks over to Hammond and pats him on the back, while Jack walks over to Daniel ruffles his hair. They get to the group and it's over.
