The following text has been taken directly from the Club By Laws.  Not all the By Laws are listed here, however the articles listed here are complete as of March 10, 2004.  Newer by-laws and/or changes will be posted/updated here at the earliest possible convienence.
Article 2. ~ Purpose

- To promote the construction of model boats, scale or otherwise in the Southern New Brunswick area.

- To Provide a means of exchange of useful information on the techniques of model shipbuilding.

- To meet at least once a month so members can receive the benefit of the club activities.


Article 3. ~ Membership

- Membership is open to any person active;y interested in the construction of static models or the construction and operation of remotely controlled models.

- Duration of membership.
    - Membership shall be valid for one calender year after the 1st day of each year.
    - Each member in good standing shall be entitled to one vote on any special or general meeting of the members.


Article 4. ~ Dues

- Dues shall be $10.
00 per 1/4 calendar year or $40.00 per year.  (Passed March, 1990)

- This amount is subject to review and revision by the excutive and subject to radification by the general membership.

- Dues are payable at the beginning of each calender year or each quarter.

Article 10.

- General meetings shall be held monthly except during the boating season when they can be combined with an outing.

- Special meetings may be called by the President or a group of members.


Article 12.

- All members will be given a copy of the constitution and By-Laws upon joining the club and shall abide by all articles.


Article 14.

- The monthly meetings shall be held on the third Sunday evening of each month except where it applies to
Article 10.


Article 15.

- Ammendment to the payment of dues by seinor members.  All senior members over the age of 65 years will be classed as honourary members and will not be required to pay dues.

Article 16.

- The age limit of students will be 15 years unless accompanied by an adult.  This is to attend meetings and club functions in or out of town.

Article 19.

- This is an amendment to Article #2 - The purpose of this club is to promote the construction of model boats, scale or otherwise in the Southern New Brunswick area.  (

Article 20.

- Amendment to article #10 - Regular monthly meetings are to be held on the 1st Sunday Evening (7:00 PM) of each month at the Fallsview Family Center. - Sailing Meetings are to be held on the third Sunday, beginning at 2:00 PM in the afternoon at Fisher Lakes #1 or otherwise stated.  (
