| The day began at 8am, with thunderstorm warnings and tornado watches. The rain was torrential and the thunder woke me up. It was still coming down hard when Jeff drove me to class at 10:40am. The field trip for Sedimentology/Stratigraphy was, needless to say, cancelled for the Limestone Quarry. The rain gods were listening. I had to call Jeff for a ride home because the rain was coming down HARD! By the time we dropped off a video at Hollywood Video and picked up another and got home, the rain had let up some. It was at this point that these pictures were taken. back to the photo gallery on to the pictures! |
