SECRET SHAME- this is by far my favorite... wonderful site with lots of info and self help suggestions!!! KHARRE'S PAGE - wonderful personal page!  lots of understanding and self help RAGDOLL'S PAGE - such a great site, with great pesonal stories, as well as infomative essays about SI MOLLY'S PAGE - still under construction, but her story is VERY heartfelt... check it out! KEL'S PAGE - "cause we all have issues" there are not enough good things i can say about this! has great "distractions" for urges, and for playin on the WWW.  DEPRESSION 101 - Lindsay has done a great job here speaking not only about depression, but SI.  very heartfelt and understanding page Beneath the Covers - WOW.. my first reaction... what an incredible writer!!  this site covers SI, depression, abuse, suicide... its clear that an understanding person has put forth incredible amounts of effort to share ones struggle !  The Blue Room - so far anna is off to a wonderful start.  i am excited for her to continue and read more about her story.  right now my favorite part is her extensive collection of quotes, but like i said, its still under construction, so i can't wait to see more Abi's Story-  this is an incredibly personal site.  She describes her triumph and termoils.  Love the part about how she speaks as to where she is right now in her life, and her diary.  Also includes a questionare where she hopes to beable to help some who are looking for ideas on how to stop.

Since i have added rape to the page, i wanted to include some links also to rape pages.  this isn't as extensive, but i hope to add some more, this is much newer to me then self injury so any advice is welcome! The Survivors Page- i don't know what to say about this, it is one of the first sites i found after being raped.  the poetry is amazing sometimes i swore that someone was taking the words out of my head and putting htem on paper.  Survivors across america- this is QUITE an extensive site and one that brought tears to my eyes.  i commend the author of it for taking a risk and allowing people to seek comfort in not being alone.  Our Date Rape Page- i have never read more beautiful words.  beautiful isn't the correct term to describe them, but they were heart touching.  this is a site you must check out.
