Mike Stewart Pipeline Pro.
Day 1;
The mike stewart Pipeline pro kicked off with some big waves which was brung by the strong north west winds, which gave the competitors some big gnarly glassy waves to tear up, during the first day. However as the day progressed the wind turned onshore which ended day 1.

Day 2,
During day 2 the swell was really solid, not as big but more clean and consistant. The swell had picked up into the 4' - 6' range (double head plus.) The day continued which was floowed By some trials, and dropknee divisions later on in the day.

Day 3,
This was pipe at its best. Pipe was absoloutely cracking, with a northwest swell with 15 - 20 mph off shore winds, pipe was in the 8 - 12 ft range with occasional 15 ft sets. This was a day to remember with spectators ranging from boogers, standups, locals, and kooks. Check out the pics.

Day 4,
The last day of the pipe comp. The finals were conducted in waves averaging 4 - 6 ft with competitors competing with style. Huge arials were landed, and all came down to one winner. CONGRATULATIONS GUILEHURME TAMEGA, 1ST PLACE IN THE MIKE STEWART PIPELINE PRO 2002.
