I have decided to do something a little different than just postin the pic... See i have decided to tell u a bit about what ur lookin at so u can understand who's the character etc..

Okay about this pic.. this is an anime girl who belongs to no show or is a special character.. She's just a chick i drew at like 2:00 am in the morning...  Well i guess if u want me to place her she would be on SAilor Moon... The next Sailor Scout... AS u can see she has a moon necklace so she's tied in with the moon in someway..  Also she's a way famous singer known as TAki who Serena and the other girls totally adORE!!  She has bright green eyes, white hair like Serena's mom and she also has a pet cat that can Talk.. OoO scandelous!  The rose petals i guess fly by every time shes on.. sort of like Michele and Amara... Plus hey she even goes to their school.. She's 17 years old and a total hit with the fellas..
