Oh my goodness!!! It has been a year since I last wrote in here! Well... been up to all kinds of good stuff. Doing a lot of voice overs for TV and Radio-click the voice section to see some of the work I have been doing. In December I wrapped filming on the short film "THE LOVEBOX" I played a deliquent girl with alot of piercings. See the photos in the gallery section! I went to Montreal and I recorded the spot. More fun stuff to come!! March, 2006 Hi! Just wrapped filming on the short film "In My Mind" in which I play a girl who goes insane. The episode of "The Newsroom" that I voiced is airing tonight at 8pm on CBC. It is an animated episode in which I voiced the "Bird Lady".NEWSROOM site The screening for the tv pilot I shot in December called "The Floor" will be happening in the next few weeks. This is a pilot similar to the style of "The Office" except with University students and not office workers. It was done by Sharkboy Productions.Sharkboy-Productions website I have been doing alot of voice work lately. Just recently voiced two new Nair ads for tv, a Ronald Mcondald charity radio spot, and did some voice web work for the Levis site. Levis website That should be up and running in the next few weeks. I am off to Montreal to do the voice of Garnier for a tv commercial! The Noble Players website is now up and running.Noble Players website We are in pre-production of our feature film: "Inbetween" I did a voice for a spec Jack Daniels site for the company "Song & Patter". Song & Patter site I have send in all my stuff to get a Bravo Fact grant for my short film. So I am hoping to get the funding! Crossing my fingers. March.28/05 Hi! Been doing lots lately. Busy! Just did 2 Telus Mobility radio ads that are on the air right now. Also been busy gearing up to go to L.A. for pilot season. Filmed a pilot called "The Floor" in which I play one of the lead characters: Farrah. It is by Sharkboy Productions. Sharkboy-Productions website Finished my short script: "Hookups" and am in the process of getting funding for a Spring/Summer shoot (Dec/04) Also been working hard on adapting our play "In Between" into a feature film. Things are moving along nicely. Nov.30/04 Hi! Listen for me on air! Just did a sexy voice over for the Score Network. Leaving a very steamy message. Sept.1/04 Hey! Listen for me on radio. Recently voice 2 Mcdonalds commercials. One for chicken strips and the other for the Mcdeal. Also just booked an animation voice job for Ken Finklemans tv show THE NEWSROOM. Check it OUT! Aug.12, 2004 Hi! Listen for me on air! Did a Molson Canadian commercial where I played a Russian twin in the wilderness. On TV: Voice the NAIR spots that are currently running. The play "IN BETWEEN" ended on Monday June.14th. It went super well. We got great press on the cover of EYE, articles in the Star, Post etc, and reviews. (May.2004) Hey! Just booked a BUD LIGHT commercial. Shooting on February 1st. Look for it! (January, 2004) Howdy! Well here we are Jan, 2004! WOW. So right before the holidays I landed a hosting job with the CBC!!! It is for the tween show the "X". I already did a couple of interviews and interviewed Ethan Embry from the movie TIMELINE. I will keep you posted!!! Ciao for now (Jan, 2004) Hey there! Have not written since May. Have been busy. Taking film class with John Boylan. Some cool things in the works. Just finished a couple of short films. One is called "Boiling Point" done by the Canadian Film Centre which I played an insecure chef, and the other "Running Towards Tomorrow" for Centre for the Arts which I also helped produce. Working on a couple of plays that will be showing in the New Year. I will post the dates and times closer to opening! Also working on another film. Caroline (May. 2003) Hello! UPDATE:Hey! Long time since I wrote! I have been writing commercials at FLOW 93.5 radio, and then I went to L.A. for a month. Now I am voicing the voice of "Kam" for the tv series: "Medabots". Kam is the main evil power force in the show. It is really fun to play evil!! Also, the cooking show I co-hosted, "Sizzle", aired last week on W Network. Check out "Soul Food" on April 23rd because my episode should be airing. (April, 2003) UPDATE: Hey! I have been doing Improv shows and working with Canadian Improv Showcase. I am taking one final course at Ryerson, and I recently did some ADR work. I am also doing radio anouncing and hosting for CKLN 88.1 FM radio station. I have also done some corporate and narration voice overs for a few companies. Including Maptuit and Xerox. I have some other things in the works and I will let you know when they transpire. I have just got a role on and episode of the show "Soul Food" and filmed it this week for season three. I was playing the part of "Ms.Weaver", a young law student. So look for that when the season starts up again. I have also been taking a worskhop on Forum Theatre and learned many interesting techniques this week. (July.14th) Hey there! I would like to tell you a little bit about what is new with me and what is going on in my life. I have just finished my BFA (Bachelor of Fine Arts) in Acting Performance at Ryerson Theatre School. I have also been doing many Improv shows around Toronto with Canadian Improv Showcase. You can catch our next show on June.18th at the Rivoli on Queen street West, and if you miss that one you can check us out at the Toronto Fringe Festival from July 4-14th at the Glen Morris Theatre.
