Home United are Prime League Champion for the fourth straight season in a row after defeating Jurong 7-1 at Bishan Stadium. Home United are top with 58 points winning 19 drawing 1 & just loosing 4 of their 24 matches

SAFFC finished runner-up just a mere 2 points behind with Woodlands Wellington second runner-up a further 6 points away

Jurong finished with the Wooden Spoon award in the Prime League & was also tagged with being the worst ever Prime League team after only managing to secure a 1 win all season losing all their other 23 matches & conceding an incredible 120 goals. Jurong only victory was against Tanjong Pagar United.  

While Woodlands Wellington could only finished third in the Prime League, their striker Maslan Mahat finished top of the goal scoring chart with 33 Prime League goals.

SAFFC Norfahazly Kamsan & Singapore U18 Zulkiffli Hassim finished joint second with 24 Prime League goals with last season Prime League top scorer Home United Zuhaili Suib in third place with 15 goals
