| Contact Us The Object of the SLBS specifies "The Society exists to propagate the appreciation of Beer and if necessary, other inputs of Bacchanalian nature, in as many different localities as possible." We do not limit our attentions to South London - as you will see in the Minutes, Meetings have been held all over London, in many counties in England, in Scotland, Ireland, Poland, the Czech Republic, Spain and even Brazil. However our main watering holes are around Central London nowadays, though occasionally we go back to our roots in the Wimbledon area, where the Founder Members originally met at school in the 1970s. The SLBS welcomes associations with other beer societies, which could take the form of links on web sites or field trips to areas of each Society's activities. In fact we already have associations with similar organisations in Frankfurt and South Yorkshire. |
