B. Your Site's URL
C. Your Site's Name
D. Why You Want 2 Affiliate
E. Your Button IF You Have One
03. I'll then read your e-mail as soon as possible and reply almost always saying "OMG!! Of course I want to!!!" I'll then keep checking your site until you have my button up and then I'll put yours up on mine.
