Oven Baked Chicken Parmesan

Prep:5 minutes Bake: 25 minutes  Servings: 6

6 boneless skinless chicken breasts halves (aboout 2lbs)

1 packet shake-n-bake chicken seasoned coating mix

2 cups spaghetti sauce

1-1/2 cup kraft shredded mozzarella cheese

1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese

1 tsp. oregano leaves

1. coat the chicken with the coating mix

2. place in 13X9 baking pan

3. bake at 400 for 20 minutes or until cooked thoroughly

top each chicken with sauce and cheese and sprinkle with oregano


Surprise Brownies

Prep 10 minutes Bake: 28 minutes Servings 24

Aluminum Foil

1package brownie mix

Frosting

Preheat oven 350. In 13X9X2 dark pan add foil to bottom

make up brownie mix according to directions then spread over foil

once brownies are done turn pan over and coat top with frosting.

the secret is the foil will create a hard shell that holds the brownie in place

when cutting it into squares to serve


Baked Spaghetti

Prep 20 minutes, cook 45 minutes makes 6 servings

1 package spaghetti, cooked and drained

2 tablespoon butter or margarine

1 cup grated cheese

1 24 oz. ricotta cheese

1 pound ground beef or turkey

1 jar chunky pasta sauce

1 package of mozzarella cheese

Preheat oven 400. Use 13X9X2 (as you can see a lot of things can be cooked in that size pan from the previous receipies) .

combine cooked spagetti, butter then add half of parmesan cheese and spread in pan. then add ricotta cheese over spagetti

sprinkle parmesan cheese, ground beef (drained) and pasta sauce. Heat until bubbly and top with mozzarella.


NON-sticky buns

prep 8 minutes, cook 25 minutes, serves 10 people

1/2 cup brown sugar

3 tbsp butter

2 tbsp corn syrup

1/2 cup pecans or nuts

2 cans cinnamon rolls

preheat oven 350 and of couse use same size pan 13X9X2 then use foil on bottom. combine sugar, butter and syrup and pour in bottom of pan. then place nuts over the mixture then dough for canned cinnamon rolls. bake until golden brown and turn pan over and pull off foil. serve hot!

oasted Potatoes

prep 10 minutes, cook 40 minutes servings 6

2 tbsp olive oil

2tsp seasoned salt

1/4 tsp pepper

6 large red potatoes cut in wedges

preheat oven 450. line plan with foil. combine oil, salt and pepper in large bowl then add potatoes. toss to coat

spread potatoes in single layer in pan and bake for 45 minutes or until potatoes are brown and crisp. drain with napkin and enjoy.
