| DK's Giant Punch is a simple attack to execute. Just press B, wait for it to charge, then hit B one more time to make DK release his Giant Punch. Hit L or R during charge to cancel and save charge. |
| HEADBUTT |
| This attack is great for planting your enemies:) Using the Headbutt attack on an enemy will knock that enemy into the ground where they can be hit repeatedly but not knocked away. They will get out of the ground after a short period of time. Try this as a meteor smash. |

| SPINNING KONG |
| Look at that spinning donkey...wait, he isn't a donkey! Press up+B to make DK unleash his Spinning Kong. This is DK's recovery attack, but it does not get much vertical distance. |

| HAND SLAP |
| Who stole his banana!? Look what you made him do! Use this attack and DK will go into a rage of pounding the ground with his hands. Any enemy to get near while he uses Hand Slap will be thrown upwards. This attack is a very effective in the Multi-Man Melee, but not Cruel Melee. |
