| ICE SHOT |
| Ice Shot is a sliding projectile attack. When used it will fall to the ground and slid in the direction it was fired, giving in to slopes. When both Popo and Nana are alive, like other attacks, this one happene twice. |

| BLIZZARD |
| This attack releases a cold blast. Although short ranged, when both climbers are alive, this attack fires in both direction. |

| BELAY |
| This is the Ice Climbers' recovery move. Popo throws Nana while she is attached to a cord and then Nana pulls Popo up. This technique only works when Nana is active and not too far away from Popo. |

| SQUALL HAMMER |
| In this attack Popo and Nana stand back to back, holding their hammers out in front of them, and spin in the direction chosen. If Nana is dead, Popo will do this on his own. |
