My name is royis. I took up the teacher training course in 2006. Now I'm a certified Hatha yoga teacher. I'm currently working as a freelance yoga instructor and freelance graphic designer. I normally teach yoga at home. Recently I started teaching conducting private classes teaching my friends. I'm hoping to become a Yoga Therapist, guess I still have a long way to go.

I would love to meet more yogis and discuss more about yoga. Wheather you're a yogis, fitness instructor or none, I'll be more then happy to share my limited knowledge of health and yoga.

WHY YOGA?

Other then teaching yoga, I'm also a freelance graphic designer. I've been doing freelance for 8 years. I love my job very much but I really hate the way I work. Like many people, I use to find yoga very boring. Its slow and the poses are so weird, so I took up women kickboxing, but as I gets older perhaps alittle wiser too, I realise my body is not as strong and flexible as I used to. That's when my red alert lights up.  During my first week of training I almost wanted to give up, but now i'm really glad that i held on to it.

After the course, it really changed my life quite abit. I remeber when I sign up for the course, my master told me to get ready for a whole new change in my life style. I didn't quite get it at first. My first thought was I'm already a vegetarian and making that decision was quite a huge turning point for me so what's more to change? In the mid of the course, I realise that my lifestyle did changed. I can't really explain, all I know was I began to see things differently, feel things differently and do things differently.
