With the facilities that this institution has at the moment, the students are prepared to be independent, mature and professionals after their graduation. The Education process is pointed to the demand of the Indonesian and over seas Industries need of professional human resources, in the Tourism, Garment and Beautician Business. There for the Management of the School in co-operation with the School Council and National and International Vocational Education Industry Partners are always adjusting the education methods which is based on the link and match system to the Industrial Attachment Training program and based on the requirement of the Industry

It is a three years education plan, where students are prepared to be qualified in mayors that they have choose since the first year. The curriculum is based on the education vocational education program under control of the Ministry of Education Art and Culture of Republic of Indonesia.

As the first Indonesian Vocational Education Institution (since 1996) that has signed the industrial attachment training agreement with Indonesian and Overseas International Hotels and Hotel Chains in Singapore, Malaysia, the Netherlands and shortly Australia and Japan, The institution also planned to upgrade the local education program that is based on the link and match to the industry, competence in accord with the international recognized standards. A school based system with study program orientation has been left and changed to an education and training system oriented towards officially recognized profession and selected establishments for the industrial attachment training.

The curriculum for all departments are based on the three year vocational education plan, where each school year are evaluated quarterly. The Culinary and Tourism and hotel-accommodation departments as of 1998/1999 school year has use the block system, while the Beautician and Dress-making department will follow in the 1999/2000 school year.

The industrial attachment training, which is a part of the link and match of the vocational education program is usually planned in the within second school year for a period varied from three months to 1 year, depend on the students capability.

With the new policy of the Department of Education of the Republic of Indonesia, to anticipate the global era and to have well trained human resources in the Asean Region and Indonesia, the Industrial Attachment Training, the institution is allowed to do the training period within and after the school year program, with a maximum training period of one year.
