Penyedap rasa masakan pengganti MSG telah diproduksi secara besar-besaran oleh peserta pelatihan dengan harga yang sangat murah dan sekaligus sehat; sebagaimana diketahui bahwa MSG adalah produk yang dilarang beredar di Amerika Serikat karena dapat merangsang penyakit kanker.
