Think busy. I am married to a wonderfully supportive and handsome guy, have two boys under the age of five, and I manage a consulting business that helps education organizations and programs get organized, plan and secure resources. I'm a Creole native from New Orleans, therefore I love to eat, as opposed to eat to live. I am kind of, sort of borderline OCD so everything I do involves a list, strategic planning, and my palm pilot.

My passions fall under three areas: Health, Fitness and Spirituality. I regularly practice yoga, meditation and prayer. I workout at the gym almost every day and I enjoy biking, dancing, and tennis. You can always find me reading literature that in some way improves my emotional, physical, or spiritual well being. I attend Valley Bible Church in Hercules, California and I am very involved in several social organizations, including Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. and Mocha Moms, Inc. Oh yeah, and I am a fanatical Oprah viewer.

Damone is the love of my life and my absolute best friend. Then there are my two beautiful sons, Malachi (born 2/24/01) and Isaiah (born 9/8/04) who are unwittingly training me to be a better person . I have 4 sisters, 2 brothers, dozens of cousins, and too-many-to-count Sorors. I am fortunate to have a close circle of friends whom I consider the family I hand-picked.
