The Breakfast Club is one of the movies most associated with the 80's. The setting is a High School. The characters are a cross section of the world.  The story is about the adventures of the "Breakfast Club" that meets on Saturday during a session of detention. Five meet for punishment on one Saturday morning.

The group includes Claire the self-proclaimed "princess"; Brian, the "brain", and;  Andrew, the "jock".  You’ve also got the high school “criminal” in Bender, and the outsider and proclaimed "basket-case" with Allison.

The group members at first disassociate themselves from each other; however, as the day goes on they have adventures together while dodging the principal, trying weed and just talking about their lives.  Like the movie, we hope it shows that people may come from different backgrounds and have different talents: yet still find in many ways that they are essentially the same. There is comedy and some sadness in everyone’s life. This shows brings to life the thoughts and emotions in everyone, through 80's slang and a fabulous selection of characters."
