In class we will be using Daves HTML Guide: HTML An Interactive Tutorial for Beginners as we discuss and practice creating a WebPage.

Go to the HTML Review and use the matching and/or concentration activities to study for the HTML Basic Tag Quiz

Work through the following tutorial to learn some of the basic skills need to create a web page using Netscape Composer. Netscape Composer Tutorial

Create a webpage using Netscape Composer. This webpage will be a tutorial on how to do a particular math process, or problem. Save all files for you webpage in a folder titled Webpage1 with in you home folder on your H drive.

Everything on your webpage must be inside a table. Make your table(s) invisible to the viewer. Each webpage must contain the following:
       1. a background
       2. atleast one animated graphic that relates to your subject
       3. atleast one graphic that is not animate but relates to
            your subject
       4. one example problem and solution with all the
            steps worked out
       5. five problems for the viewer to work
       6. a second page with the answers
       7. appropriate links between the answer page and the
            first page

Go to the following Internet Scavenger Hunt. Print a hardcopy of this activity sheet. Follow the links in each question. Write your answers to each question in complete sentences on your hardcopy.
