Special Someone

Verse One I stare outside my window
The stars shining bright
I sigh quietly to myself
Alone again tonight
I pray to God above
Hoping He'll hear my plea
To send a special someone
That's meant for only me

Verse Two I stare outside my window
Full moon glowing above
Thinking about this stranger
That I've been thinking of
I close my eyes
And pretend that he's here
He's so far away
But I feel that he's near

Verse Three I stare outside my window
The calmness of the night
I share it with that someone
He is my inner light
I stare up to the sky
I say a little prayer
My special someone has found me
And his love is everywhere
