| Alone Nevermore Never would I have ever known, that I would fall in love and nevermore be alone. That I would find someone to love, who is as beautiful as the angels from heaven above. I love you more than anyone on Earth, your love for me has shown me that my life has worth. I could search the world from here to the farthest reaches of Kathmandu, and never find anyone as lovely as you. Our love for each other has changed my life that was before, and I will be alone nevermore. © Frank Scassellati,2004 Pennsylvania Authors Comment = I have the mental illness, schizophrenia, and I had lived most of my life alone. I wrote the poem "Alone," about my life of solitude. Now I have found someone to love, a beautiful woman named Debbie, and my new poem "Alone Nevermore," reflects our love for each other. |
